Refund Policy

At Beachside Candle Company LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, please get in touch with our customer service team at contact@beachsidecandleco.com with your order number, picture, and details of the issue. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beachside Candle Company LLC. We strive to offer you the best shipping options and ensure your order is delivered promptly. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how your order will be handled.

1. Processing Times

  • After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3-10 business days): $8-10 depending on weight. All orders over $75 have free shipping.​

  • Pre-orders ship by date posted and are not available for immediate shipping. 

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

  • If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@beachsidecandleco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or seasonal backlogs.

  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

  • We are not responsible for packages once dropped off at the carrier. All packages include $100 insurance through the carrier. Any damages that occur through shipment will need to go through the carrier that the tracking number displays.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at contact@beachsidecandleco.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
